There is high-quality Polywood patio furniture such a table with seating for 10, seating for 5 around the firepit, and 8 sun loungers.

Relax in the living room whilst watching Netflix on the 82" LED TV. There is an adjoining movie room with 110" screen, surround sound and reclining seats that has a PlayStation 4. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a Smeg toaster and Keurig coffee maker. The large dining table below a beautiful chandelier seats 10. The adjoining breakfast nook also has an additional 4 chairs and there are two bar stools at the breakfast bar.

Five bedrooms are located on the ground floor plus a King-sized Master suite upstairs. There is a King Master bedroom with a walk-in closet and en-suite. There are two further King bedrooms and two kids' bedrooms. One has an amazing custom built princess castle bunk bed with a slide! The other is a Space theme kids bedroom with two Twin custom built bunk beds, both have a TV mounted in the ceiling.

A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
Please note, some of the bedrooms in this home are designed to accommodate children, it does not accommodate 14 adults. This home sleeps 8 adults, the rest are bedrooms designed for children 16 and under.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
If available, an early check-in/check-out may be arranged for a fee
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
Tax is not included in nightly rates
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Pool heat available for a daily fee. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests' responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue.
Accidental Damage Protection fee will be required against any reported damages or loss to this property and its contents.
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted. If an alternative payment method cannot be used the booking will be canceled.
Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events such as weddings in this vacation home.
The HOA of the vacation home resort community this home is located in has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
This property has exterior security cameras.
This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in-between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in-between the weekly cleans.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
