DETAILS: This classic oceanfront home on Pawleys Island, SC is a true family retreat, offering a relaxed and old-school beach vibe. This property features a private pool, hot tub, and a private dock on the creek. There is plenty of space to accommodate everyone in your party with 8 bedrooms, and 5.2 bathrooms, a Large Chef's kitchen featuring three refrigerators two wall ovens two dishwashers a separate icemaker, and a six-burner gas stove. This property has three living rooms with two of them oceanfront. Access to the different floors is via an exterior elevator or covered stairway. There is a wet bar with an icemaker dining room with seating for eighteen and two additional dining areas. Upstairs has an oceanfront living room/playroom with a flat-screen television. For your convenience, the laundry room has another refrigerator washer, and two dryers. The outdoor pool can be temperature controlled (reaches between 84-87 degrees when heated) and features a cabana room for entertaining. There is a $500 surcharge to heat the spa, and a $1500 surcharge to heat both the pool and spa. Other features include an elevator, wireless internet gas grill, and plenty of open decks. The beachfront in this area of Pawleys Island is very private.

Security Deposit: This property requires a $1000.00 refundable deposit. Security deposit will be refunded 14 days following your stay, provided there are no damages.
