Our natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year round climate. DeBordieu is more than a vacation destination, it is also home to a small number of fortunate folks that enjoy the finest Low Country Lifestyle as either permanent residents or second home owners. MAXIMUM VEHICLES: The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 3. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the vacation rental property.
RESTRICTED VEHICLES: RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts are not permitted in DeBordieu Colony.
