Located in beautiful Orange Beach, AL, this bright and inviting retreat is ideal for small families or couples looking to unwind by the water.

Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors fill the living and dining areas with natural light and offer instant, sweeping views of the shimmering Gulf. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals when you're not enjoying the many local restaurants just minutes away. The primary bedroom provides direct access to the shared bathroom, which also opens to the hallway for added convenience.

Additional comforts include a sleeper sofa + 2 twin sleeper chairs in the living room, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer—making your stay easy and enjoyable from start to finish.

As a guest of Phoenix I, you'll have access to outstanding resort-style amenities, including a beachside outdoor pool, kids' splash pad, fitness center, racquetball court, hot tub, sauna, gazebo, grilling area, and a private boardwalk leading directly to the sugar-white sands. • RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.
