Carpeting in the living area was replaced with beautiful plank flooring in 2021. An over-sized balcony is the perfect space to enjoy the sunshine during the day, cool ocean breeze at night or to just sit back, relax and listen to the ocean waves; definitely a favorite with the guests!

The open living area is spacious and provides a full view of the ocean. A well equipped kitchen offers everything you'll need to prepare a meal or two at home, including a wine fridge for the connoisseurs in the house! For your enjoyment and entertainment there are HDTV's in every room and a DVD player. Staying in this oceanfront vacation retreat is sure to be a vacation you will talk about for years to come.

End your day in one of two elegant oceanfront suites, each with a king-size bed. One offers an in-suite bathroom featuring a corner jetted whirlpool tub and the other has direct access to the balcony. With a queen-size sleeper sofa in the additional sitting room, this unit will accommodate up to 6.

Please Note:
Guests of our Vacation Rentals can enjoy the whirlpool and heated bi-level pool at Margate Tower. However, the Embassy Suites Complex Splash Park, fitness center and other pools located throughout Kingston Plantation are not accessible to private vacation rental guests.
We generally accept Saturday to Saturday, 7-night reservations in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Alternate check-in / check-out dates and/or shorter stays may be available upon request, with a 3-night minimum Memorial Day to Labor Day. HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the condo or out on the balcony. Pets are not allowed at any time.
