The owners have completely furnished their golf side retreat with convenience and comfort in mind. From Keurig to crockpot the kitchen has you covered. An open kitchen, dining and living room space is perfect for gathering with family and friends or to just kick back and relax with your golfing partners after a long day on the course. With a Smart TV in the living room, HDTV's in both bedrooms and free TWC Turbo dedicated Internet / Wi-fi, it's easy to stay connected and not miss out on current events or your favorite shows.
This corner unit offers a spacious balcony overlooking the beautiful, professionally designed course. Comfortable seating with access from the living room and master bedroom make it easy to entertain inside or out. It's perfect for that cup of coffee in the morning or cocktail in the evening while enjoying the peace and tranquility that surrounds you. What a great way to begin and end each day!

We generally accept 7 night reservations (Saturday to Saturday) in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Contact us about alternate dates, shorter stays or longer "snowbird" rentals. HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the villa or on the balcony. Pets are not allowed at any time.
