This unit features an open, comfortable floor plan, fully-equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances (including gas range), two spacious bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom. Enjoy your favorite movie or television show on one of the large smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. Stay connected (if you must) with high speed dedicated Wi-Fi. Step onto the oceanfront balcony from either the master bedroom or living room, which overlooks the 2.5 acre pool area which includes indoor and outdoor pools, indoor lazy river, hot tubs, swim up and poolside bar and kiddie pools. Day). Alternate check-in / check-out dates and/or shorter stays may be available upon request, with a 3-night
minimum Memorial Day to Labor Day. The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and
must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the
condo or out on the balcony. Pets are not allowed at any time. Motorcycles, RV's, trailers and golf carts are
prohibited.
