And the 2nd master bedroom suite has a private entry, microwave, mini-refrigerator, full bathroom with tub/walk in shower and it's own private balcony with a beautiful northern view of the ocean.

Private Rental Exclusions
Guests may use the outdoor pool (seasonal) and hot tub at the Brighton Tower during their stay. However, the Kingston Plantation Resort fitness center facilities, Embassy Suites Complex Splash Park and other resort pools are not accessible to private vacation rental guests.
Daily housekeeping services are not included however arrangements may be made at an additional cost.

We generally accept Saturday to Saturday, 7-night reservations in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Alternate check-in / check-out dates and/or shorter stays may be available upon request, with a 3-night minimum Memorial Day to Labor Day. HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the condo or out on the balcony. Pets are not allowed at any time.
Motorcycle parking is limited and located outside the main gate, while on-site trailer parking is not available.
