Located on the 21st floor, the huge wrap-around balcony offers beautiful views of the landscape within Kingston Plantation, the southern coastline ocean view and sunsets unlike any you have seen before.

Large master bedroom suite includes access to a private balcony overlooking the resort, ensuite bathroom with corner jetted tub, double vanity and walk-in shower. Beautifully decorated, the 2nd bedroom has a southern coastal ocean view, access to the wraparound balcony and attached bathroom, which is also shared with the 3rd bedroom. Plenty of natural southern coastal light in both of these bedrooms. Direct access from the 4th bedroom to the main guest bathroom provides privacy and is unique to this floor plan. full-size washer & dryer and so much more. For your enjoyment and entertainment there are Smart TVs in the living room and every room. Stay connected on our dedicated high speed internet/Wi-Fi. With covered parking and a 24 hour concierge in the lobby, staying at the Margate is comfortable and convenient. Only a minute walk away from the Margate Tower are some great places to eat. Please Note:
Guests of Prista Vacation Rentals can enjoy the heated bi-level pool and hot tub at Margate Tower (year-round). However, the resort fitness center facilities, the Embassy Suites Complex Splash Park and other resort pools located throughout Kingston Plantation are not accessible to private vacation rental guests.
HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay.
Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the condo or out on the balcony. Pets are not allowed at any time.
This resort does not offer motorcycle or trailer parking.
