Guests may use the outdoor pool (seasonal) and hot tub at the Brighton Tower during their stay. However, the Kingston Plantation Resort fitness center facilities, Embassy Suites Complex Splash Park and other resort pools are not accessible to private vacation rental guests.
Daily housekeeping services are not included however arrangements may be made at an additional cost.

The bait & tackle shop, arcade games, casual dining and nightly live entertainment throughout the summer make it a great place to go. The Myrtle Beach Airport is conveniently located only 13.5 miles away!

Guests of Prista Vacation Rentals can enjoy the beautiful outdoor, heated bi-level pool and hot tub at Margate Tower.
However, the onsite fitness center, Embassy Suites Complex Splash Park and other resort pools located throughout Kingston Plantation are not accessible to private vacation rental guests.
HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay.
This resort does not offer trailer parking and motorcycle parking is limited to the designated area just outside the front gate.
Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the condo or out on the balcony.
Pets are not allowed at any time.
