This community offers amenities such as a pool, playground, pickleball courts, workout facility, and tennis court. You will enjoy lake views from the home!

You will love the beautiful décor from the moment you step into the home. You are greeted by a 65-inch flat-screen TV. You can relax on the comfy couch and chairs and stream the TV or any device using the complimentary WiFi. You will find plenty of seating with the open floor plan as there are 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter adjacent to the living room. The home also has a separate dining table for 6 guests! The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all of the essentials to make delicious meals for you and your guests! The kitchen also includes a Keurig coffee maker, a double oven, and all the kitchen appliances you need for a comfortable stay and cooking experience.

The home features 3 bedrooms and an office. A king master bedroom and two queen guest bedrooms. The king master bedroom features brightly colored décor and a large TV, there is also a beautiful ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom features a workspace with a desk and chair. There is also a dedicated office that has two chairs and a dedicated workstation desk with an office chair, either space is the perfect place to work while on vacation. Throughout the home, there is a variety of games, puzzles, and books for entertainment!

You and your guests will love the outdoor lanai area with lounge-style seating. Outside you can enjoy a beautiful breeze and beautiful views of the lake where you can see a variety of birds, fish, and turtles. Enjoy a meal on the lanai after using the Weber gas grill provided. There is also a dining table that seats 6 guests!
