Nestled in a prime North Scottsdale neighborhood, our home sits on a peaceful street and is a stone's throw from Arizona's array of adventures. Situated in Paradise Valley Village, Greenway Park is merely minutes away. The property accommodates a 30-foot RV with a dedicated parking area beside our house, though it's important to note that hookups are not provided onsite. For the shopaholics in your party, both Kierland Commons and Desert Ridge Marketplace are a brief 10-minute journey away. We are also conveniently positioned within a 10-minute drive from the Mayo Clinic, the Musical Instrument Museum, and the Princess Hotel. With grocery stores aplenty in the vicinity, our accredited concierge service stands by to organize your family excursions, offering assistance with grocery shopping, tour reservations, golf arrangements, and more.

-Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash plus one Hair Dryer in each bathroom
-Supplies/toiletries are stocked at starter amounts. Guests will need to plan accordingly.
-Outdoor Propane BBQ Grill
-All High-Quality Linens including Multiple Towels (Bath, Pool & Hand)
-Baby gear: Booster Seat
-100 MB WIFI speed and YouTube TV or Internet TV access throughout
-We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance as we will follow our cancellation policy!

THIS PROPERTY IS UNDER VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
• I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
• No smoking
• The home will be ready for Check-in between 4-6pm AZ time
• No parties or events
• Pets upon approval with fee applied
• The renting party must be 25 or older and staying in the home throughout the duration of the reservation.
*We use NoiseAware software to monitor any excessive noise or elevated occupancy on the property.
Other Information:
• $75/pet fee. We ask that all doggy doo be cleaned up and disposed of properly before departure. To be paid separately after booking.
• ***If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without PaseoHomesAZ approval you may be subject to a fine.
• No Cats Preferred
• You will have the whole home to yourselves when booking with PaseoHomesAZ.
• A dedicated, personal door code will be provided to you prior to your check in time via email.
• Uber & Lyft are easily accessible in our area for ease of transportation
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit and lease agreement.
• Transaction and damage waiver fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
• We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
• Early check in/late check out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Approval required.
• ***RENTAL CONTRACT:
A SIGNED RENTAL CONTRACT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RENTALS AND MUST BE SIGNED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. NO EXCEPTIONS.
PLEASE NOTE:
The City of Scottsdale explicitly prohibits excessive outdoor noise, and it will not be tolerated. Assessed fines and penalties will be charged against the traveler(s). During ALL hour's noise and music MUST remain at a REASONABLE level. This is not a party house.
This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 21369853.
