There is an electric car charger available, for your use.
The cost would be $15.00 per day plus tax for the length of your stay.
We will provide you with a code to access the electric car charger.

Pool & Spa Charges and Information:
There is an additional optional charge of $30 per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa.
The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

BBQ:
- There is a BBQ at this property. The additional charge to use the BBQ is $200.00 plus tax. The barbeque comes with 2 propane tanks
- The BBQ is locked and we will provide you with the combination should you want to use the BBQ

Access to Windsor Island Resort:
* All guests have to be on the registration form, or they will not be allowed in the resort.
* ALL guests over the age of 18, must provide identification (license, passport, school id, etc).
* No stays over 30 nights allowed per HOA

Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows a maximum of 5 cars (including visitors)

Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway to not block the sidewalk
