The balcony has a built-in bar with four seating options where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or enjoy the sunset while eating your dinner!

The remodeled kitchen features white cabinets, brand new appliances, and elegant quartz countertops and is equipped with all the essential cooking tools to prepare your meals while on vacation. The nearby dining table accommodates 4 guests with an additional three bar stools at the counter offer a convenient spot for casual snack or accommodating younger children
LIVING AREA
Sink into the comfortable sleeper-sofa sectional or settle in the delightful side chairs offering a space to unwind after a long day at the beach. The 55'' flat-screen Smart TV allows you to login to your streaming accounts but also includes complimentary cable featuring Showtime and HBO. On a cooler day during the winter months sit and enjoy the fireplace. (Please note that the fireplaces are turned off and not available during the Summer months)
SLEEPING
F107 - Oh Bouy! comfortably sleeps four guests. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a new firmer mattress and a 3'' Serta topper for those that like a softer mattress, a large closet, accent chair and a 55-inch Smart TV. Enjoy the view of the ocean and the ocean breeze through the bedroom window from the moment you wake up. In the living room, a full sleeper sofa provides a spot for additional guests. Each bed includes high-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
BATHROOM
The bathroom in F107 features a beautiful renovated walk-in shower that includes custom tile walls, pebble-stone floors, clear glass shower doors and double spray showerhead easy to wash away the salt and sand from the day. The separate vanity with marble countertop provides sufficient space for your personal routines.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes. F107 also has ceiling fans in the kitchen, dining area, living room and bedroom.
