Nestled just off the main access road, our charming upper unit duplex is perfectly positioned only 2 miles from Killington Mountain and even closer to local amenities - shops, restaurants, and lively bars. Offering two floors of living space, this four-bedroom retreat is the perfect launchpad for your mountain adventure.

Step inside and feel immediately at home. The main floor welcomes you with a cozy living room featuring a smart TV and a wood-burning fireplace (complimentary firewood included). The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped to handle any meal, big or small, and the adjacent dining area comfortably seats six with additional space for three at the counter. As you explore further, you'll discover two inviting bedrooms each with a queen bed and a full bathroom equipped with a shower. Venture out onto the deck to enjoy our hot tub and gas BBQ grill—ideal for soaking and grilling after a day on the slopes.

Upstairs, a second living room with a futon bed and another smart TV provides additional space to relax. A small office area is available for those who need to catch up on work. This level also includes two more bedrooms — one with a queen bed and another with two twin beds — alongside another full bathroom.

Additional perks include pet-friendly accommodations (pet fee applies), a Tesla EV charger for your convenience, and distinct living areas for kids and adults, ensuring everyone has their own space to enjoy.

• This is a duplex home and you are booking the upper unit. There may be other guests in the lower unit. The two units do not share any common space and have separate entrances. The upper unit has exclusive access to the upper deck and BBQ grill. You may rent both units for more space (6 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 3 floors).
• The hot tub is included for the peak ski season (late-December to mid-March). For other periods, there is an optional $195 set up fee. You understand use of hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless.
• For your safety and ours, we have an outdoor camera and doorbell cameras on the house pointed at the driveway. There are no cameras in any of the living areas.
• There is a non-refundable $150 pet fee per dog for up to two dogs.
• Please be sure that you have entered the correct number of guests as we may have a per-person per-night surcharge to cover expenses. You can contact us for a custom quote before booking.
• Our minimum rental age is 25.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and out.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke on the outdoor deck. There is a $750 fine for smoking in the house.
• You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
• Fireworks are not permitted.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
​​​​​​​• We have a Tesla Level 2 charger that is shared between the units. There is a CCS connector so Tesla drivers will need an adapter.
