Vacation Rental Description

New to Market. This villa is a new listing this week. Additional professional photos will be posted.

Close to the Seabrook Island Racquet Club, Lakehouse, and Bohicket Marina, this bright, spacious villa is property is both centrally located and private. Amenity cards available. Well-behaved pets are welcome too with a modest pet-fee.

A spacious living room is a restful spot to relax in comfort with a large screen TV. There is even a small built-in bar area where guests love to prepare a cocktail they can enjoy on the screened-in balcony. The private, spacious screened-in balcony off the living room overlooks the marsh and lush island greenery.

A dining table, comfortably seating six, and a well-stocked kitchen area are open to the living room.

The master bedroom features a large, plush queen bed with dresser, closet area, and bathroom with tub/shower combo, vanity and toilet. The guest bedroom is located off the other end of the living room area and features bunk beds and a twin bed sleeping a total of 3 guests. This area also features a closet, dresser, ceiling fan, and TV. A full bath with tub/shower combo is off the bedroom.

LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)

WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.
Coffee Maker: Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker on site. (BYO ground coffee for carafe or use provided Keurig K-cups. Assortment of creamers and sugars/sweeteners available)

As of 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a fee of $45 per gate pass. This fee applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers will be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle.

AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. The cards are included with your stay. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.

ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Passes are $45. There is a limit of 2 vehicle passes. No electric LSVs can be charged at property. PROPERTY ALLOWED 2 GATE PASSES

CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.

CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.

CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs.

THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.

PARTIES: THIS IS an ideal property for making memories but not a party property. Many neighbors are full-time residents and we ask our guests to be respectful of the shared island space around them.
