***POOL HEATING*** POOL FACING EAST There is a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. We recommend to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date. This house does not feature a SPA, only a pool

***GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING*** Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate up to 3 cars. Also there is overflow parking about 250 feet down the same street. No street parking allowed. The garage is not available for parking. This House does not feature a movie room.

** BBQ GRILL We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm*** If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost)

**PET POLICY PET FEE OF $150 per pet. Only small dogs under 40 pounds allowed. Please inform us if you have a pet that is traveling with you. Any damages or extra cleaning needed will be charged.

Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. - Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
