***BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR*** We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm*** If you need to outsource the propane/gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. ***PET POLICY*** Only small pets or under 40 pound dogs allowed $150 Pet fee for each animal Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged

***PARKING This house has a covered garage space to fit one/two cars and 2 more cars can fit the driveway. The overflow can be used as well and it's about 200 ft walk from the house.

Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. - Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
