"Just Beachy" comfortably sleeps 4-two on the beachfront queen sized sofa sleeper (great room) and two on the king bed in the master bedroom. Walk to World Famous Pineapple Willy's located next door to Sunbird Resort and enjoy lunch or a beautiful sunset dinner from the pier.

A 2-3 night minimum stay is required. Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets. No smoking or vaping inside condo.

Guest Registration is paid to Sunbird directly through their Park N Spot System and is not included in your reservation. Parking is limited to one space per condo. All vehicles must be registered. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Unregistered vehicles are subject to towing or booting without notice.
