Pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee of $40 per day, with a 2-day minimum. Please notify the host at least 48 hours prior to arrival to arrange this service. Pool faces north.

Guests may enjoy the resort clubhouse amenities by registering at the clubhouse and paying a $45 fee per household. Amenities include:

Pet Policy
Small pets or dogs under 40 lbs are allowed with a $150 pet fee per animal. Only legally documented service animals are exempt from this fee. Any damages or additional cleaning required due to pets will be charged.

Parking
The community enforces an active towing policy. Vehicles must be parked only in the driveway or designated overflow parking areas. Parking on grass, blocking homes, or parking in non-marked areas is not permitted. The driveway accommodates up to 3 vehicles.

Additional Information
Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. Washcloths are not provided, as they are considered personal items.
