This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport.

Villa Boca features the unique Florida style of the owner, the bedrooms are all located on the right side of the home with the bathrooms and the left side features the main living space such as kitchen, nook area, formal dining, kitchen and living room. The home is nicely set up with two king size bedrooms as well as a third room featuring a queen and twin bed next to the guest/hallway bathroom.
The Villa can fit up to 87 guests with this comfortable set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
From the galley style, fully equipped kitchen you have an amazing view of the pool and lanai for great entertainment.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
