Coral Paradise is a beautifully decorated three-bedroom, three full bathroom luxury Villa with amazing conveniences and situated in the highly desirable SW Cape with Gulf Access and eastern exposure views. This home is close to Surfside Shops and Restaurants with quick access to Veterans Pkwy.
This home will give you tranquility, nature and many options for walks and watching Florida Wildlife. Located in a quiet neighborhood but centrally located to many shops and Surfside with plenty of walking and biking paths this home has many amenities for a great vacation.
Upon entering the glass front door, you are greeted by vaulted ceilings, an open living room, a kitchen with an island and an unobstructed view out the lanai and swimming pool. The large living room features comfortable couches to relax in as well as a large kitchen with island and a separate dining room.
The main bedroom is located on the left side of the house. Both guest bedrooms are located on the right side of the home and share a bathroom. The guest bathroom offers ample space, dual sinks as well as a tub shower. The master bedroom has doors that open up to the lanai, an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub and a walk through shower.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious bar there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
The lanai is set up with a large flat screen TV, dining table to seat six guests as well as a separate lounge area. The swimming pool can be electrically heated. There is a walkway down to the boat dock which is ideal for fishing, relaxing and sun bathing.
