The primary bedroom features a king bed and private full bathroom. The second bedroom includes two queen beds and another full bathroom nearby. The living room offers a third full bathroom, making this condo perfect for families, couples, or groups up to six.
You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. The open living and dining area includes a smart TV and high-speed WiFi for work or entertainment.

• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The outdoor pool is open during the summer months (Memorial Day to mid-September) from 8am to 8pm.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
• Water Note: Our property uses well water, as does the entire mountain town. The water is safe for use but may have a metallic smell or leave orange staining due to naturally high iron content. We provide bottled drinking water for your comfort during your stay.
• Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages to the tenant, the tenant's family, or guests that occur during the tenant's occupancy of the property. The Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold the property manager and their representatives harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising from the Tenant's use or occupancy of the premises.
