Enjoy upscale urban living in this beautifully styled 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo located in The Vogue, a heritage building originally built in 1898 and thoughtfully restored in 2006. This bright, 550 sq ft East-facing unit offers charming views of the heritage buildings along Government Street.
Inside, you'll find a well-designed open-concept living and dining area with soaring 11-foot ceilings. A portable air conditioner is included for added comfort during warmer days.
The modern kitchen boasts high-end stainless-steel appliances and granite countertop. A large island seats five, perfect for hosting and socializing! The bedroom features a king-size bed. The bathroom includes a shower-bath combo. For remote work needs, there is a dedicated workspace with a comfortable ergonomic chair.
Additional amenities include in-suite laundry, a smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Please note: This rental does not include underground parking. If bringing a vehicle, the guest would need to refer to paid street parking during their stay.

Location Highlights:
Ideally located and just steps away from major cultural landmarks like the McPherson Playhouse, Fan Tan Alley, and Canada's oldest Chinatown, with easy access to local dining spots. The area is highly walkable, close to public transit, the Galloping Goose Trail, and the Inner Harbour, making it ideal for both recreation and commuting.
Important Notes:
CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit.
GUEST ACCESS: You will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay.
PARKING: This rental does not include underground parking. If bringing a vehicle, the guest would need to refer to paid street parking during their stay.
BICYCLE STORAGE: There is no bike storage.
NON-SMOKING: All our properties are NON-SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance.
QUIET HOURS: From 10pm to 8am. Please respect our neighbours.
MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25.
ADDITIONALLY, please take note of the following:
• Pets are not permitted.
• Victoria Prime cannot guarantee the functionality of building amenities during your stay, as this is beyond our control.
• Wi-Fi may be unavailable in the common areas of the building.
• No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by Victoria Prime.
