Coral Lagoon Resort features an outdoor heated pool with ample seating options, both shaded and sun-filled. An electric grill is provided on the back porch (no open-flame grills allowed).
A 3-night minimum is required for weekend stays; 1–2 night stays may be considered for midweek or non-peak openings—please inquire for approval of shorter stays.
The Boat House Marina requires all renters who plan to use the dock slip to register with them and provide proof of insurance. A $50 registration fee applies. The marina also offers additional services such as on-site trailer parking, boat ramp access (up to 26 ft), fuel, ice, fish cleaning stations, and more for separate fees. Only one vessel of any size is allowed per slip, and no trailer parking is permitted in front of the home or in any common areas. Trailer storage may be arranged directly with the marina.
