- All guests have to be on the registration form, or they will not be allowed in the resort.
- All guests over the age of 18 must provide identification (license, passport, school ID, etc)
- No stays over 30 nights allowed per HOA
Resort Parking Rules:
- The resort allows a maximum of 5 cars (including visitors)
- Please pick up the parking rules at the guard gate. Parking/car limit is strictly enforced.
- Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street, or the resort will fine you
- The 3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway, not to block the sidewalk

No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues. This is an industry-standard practice.
30-Night stays or longer are not allowed at this resort per HOA regulations.
