Welcome to "The Beachside Villa" which is located in upscale Beachside Village with great gulf views and peaceful surroundings. The two-story villa is spacious and accommodates sleeping for 8. It is a great place to come relax and enjoy the beach lifestyle. This home features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with a quick walk to the beach. There is lots of charm in this beachside home including ship-lap siding and cozy places to relax.

This beachy, chic home is on an oversized lot with east-west exposure ensuring you'll enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets every day of your stay. You'll walk in to discover a stunning living room with high ceilings. There is plenty of seating to sit back and watch the wall mounted tv or enjoy some relaxing family time. If you choose to dine in, there is a chef's kitchen to prepare your meals with soapstone countertops, dual Thermador ovens, gas cooktop, Sub-Zero fridge, coffeemaker, and warming tray. Your meal can be served at the adjacent dining table.

There are two bedrooms located downstairs, one of which is the primary retreat with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom featuring separate bath and shower. The second downstairs bedroom also provides a king-sized bed for guests. The upstairs third bedroom can be used as a sleeping area or additional space to spread out for some games or movie watching. There is a queen bed and a twin trundle bed for additional sleeping arrangements in the upstairs room. Adjoining this room you will find the third full bath. Step out to covered back patio where you can enjoy the Gulf breeze and the views. There is also a gas grill for a BBQ on site. Amenities include an outdoor shower, wet bar, wine cooler, washer/dryer, private balcony and parking.

Galveston Island offers activities for all ages! With so many different things to do and see...there truly is something for everyone. Kids will enjoy everything from go-carts and miniature golf to fishing and dining at Jimmy's on the Pier. Moody Gardens Golf Course is located nearby, as is the entire Moody Gardens experience and our world-famous waterpark, Schlitterbahn. The Historic Strand Shopping District boasts numerous fabulous restaurants that offer everything from fine dining and international cuisine to some of the best burgers around. If shopping is your thing, The Strand and Post Office St. have some really quaint shops and art galleries to check out. You won't want to miss Mod Coffeehouse or Hey, Mikey's Ice Cream! The Grand 1894 Opera House offers some of the best entertainment and shows in Texas, featuring headliners from across the country, as well as a magnificent historic setting for live theatre. And, we sure do love our festivals and special events here in Galveston! Mardi Gras, Lone Star Biker Rally, Dickens on the Strand, and the numerous triathlons, marathons and walk-a-thons are popular events throughout the year. Bird watching, kayaking and fishing of all kinds round out the many outdoor activities enjoyed by both locals and visitors alike.
