Vacation Rental Description
The Sea Haven was built in 1989 by the owner and his father. An updated spacious 2600 square foot home on three levels with 12 full sized windows looking out at miles and miles of ocean, two exterior decks overlook the ocean as well and one deck overlooks the Coastal Mountain on the east side of the home. The home features a beach theme with cedar accents, antique furnishings, stained glass windows, tile flooring, comfortable furniture and 2 flat screen TV's . The game room features both an Air Hockey and Foosball table. Great entertainment for those days when you want to enjoy the home, play games, and watch the whales or surfers. Lots of board games and puzzles at the home.
Each level has a full bathroom and bedroom with a Queen sized bed. The Game Room has two twin beds, and the 3rd floor upper level has a Full size Hide-a-bed. The sleeping loft above the upper level is a place where sleeping bags for the kids can be spread out or kids can get away from the adults.
Our home sits squarely in front of the Nelscott Reef where fishing boats like to congregate and surfers ply their skills. The Reef features a kelp bed where the whales love to spout for your enjoyment!!
The home is centrally located in Lincoln City within walking distance of restaurants and the Factory Outlets. The public beach access is within 3 blocks where there are rest room facilities and ample parking if one chooses not to walk.
